Kingdom Manifesto | But I Say (Part 1) | Ty Gibson & David Asscherick

Ty Gibson and David Asscherick dive into the Sermon on the Mount, where Jesus reenacted the giving of the Law by Moses on Mount Sinai. The religious leaders imagined He was destroying the Law, but the fact is they were destroying the Law by reducing it to a legalistic list of rules that must be kept to earn God’s favor. Jesus came to “fulfill” the Law by showing that it applies to the inner motives as well as the outer deeds, which means all of us are guilty and need God’s mercy.
